Research and Education

Research projects

Innovations and development are very important for every company. We are convinced that research activities increase our competencies and help us to be at the cutting edge of structural dynamics. This is the reason why we perform research actively in close cooperation with universities and industry.

Using our measuring equipment, the accumulated know-how as well as our long-standing experience with projects in the field of structural dynamics, we can contribute to achieve new research results. In this way, new forecasting methods, technologically innovative solutions for optimised vibration control concepts or important knowledge about dynamic effects, influences or properties of complex issues are developed.

It’s our aim to apply those results, if possible, in our active project work in order to improve our services. Through our publications in technical journals and the active participation in conferences, we make those new knowledges available to other experts and put them up to discussion.

Our current research projects are:

Teaching activities

We support actively the university education since many years:

Through these courses, future civil engineers get an insight into the practical work of a dynamicist. They can also put their acquired knowledge into practice by performing measurements on their own.

We also supervise numerous bachelor’s and master’s theses in cooperation with the RUB and the RWTH.
